Senior Choir

ChoirChoir outside

Anyone is welcome to join the Choir at South Burnaby! The choir sings a large range of music from many different genres. They practice every Thursday at 7:30 pm.
 Beth on accordian

On most Sundays the choir sings a special anthem and they also help in the leading of the hymns during worship.

The Rumblers
The Rumblers

The Rumblers is the band that leads worship on 3rd Sundays. Jamie Macdonald is the band leader. Regular band members include Scott Tunnicliffe on drums, Kevin Tunnicliffe on bass, Elfren on piano, Marie Stevens as vocalist and violinist, Ian Macdonald on banjo and guitar, Geoff Waters and Jamie Macdonald on guitar.  The Rumblers typically practice on the 2 Monday evenings immediately prior to the 3rd Sunday of the month.

M & Ms

MandMs

The M&Ms were formed in 2009 after a request from some folks who wanted to try singing some Motets.  When the group first met, requests came from within the group to sing some modern songs as well, so the name of the group became the M&Ms (Motet and Modern singers). The M&Ms usually practice on 1st and 3rd Wednesdays in the June Burritt Lounge (upstairs in the hall) at 7:30, and typically sing in church approximately once per month.

4Fs
The 4Fs is our newest musical group. It is open to school aged children and they meet from 3:30 - 4:30 pm on Thursday afternoon. The group is coordinated by Barb Tunnicliffe and Stephanie Archer, an elementary school music teacher in our congregation.  The 4 Fs are "Food, Friends, Fun, and Fa la la!"
